Bed and Breakfast accommodation for participants is available at the conference venue, Churchill College. The light and spacious rooms include a desk, free Wi-Fi and home comforts such as tea, coffee and toiletries.

Check in: from 15.30 on Sunday 23 June 2019

Room keys will be available from the accommodation desk on the main concourse close to the registration desk from 15:30 on Sunday 23 June 2019.

Check out: by 10.00 on Wednesday 26 June

All participants are requested to vacate their bedrooms by 10:00 on the morning of departure (Wednesday 26 June). Participants can store luggage in the JCR Room at the end of the Concourse.

Cancellation Policy for Churchill College accommodation

• If you cancel giving more than 3 day(s) notice: £10.00 admin fee
• If you cancel within 3 days of arrival date: first 1 night is non-refundable, plus £10.00 admin fee
• If you cancel within 1 day of arrival date or if you don't show up: full amount is non-refundable
