• Can I have a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?

  Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt please contact us.

• Can I have an official Letter of Invitation for visa or funding purposes?

  Yes you can - first make sure that you have already registered for the conference, and then contact us to obtain an official Letter of Invitation.

• Does my registration fee include meals?

  All registration rates include lunch and refreshments on all three days of the conference, and drinks at the Networking Reception on Thursday afternoon. Tickets for Friday's Conference Dinner are also free for all participants.

• How do I get a certificate of attendance?

  A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print or download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact us.

• What are the emergency procedures for the venue?

  If the fire alarm sounds (this will be a loud, continuous sound) delegates should immediately vacate the building. There are three assembly points, one at the front of the College, the second by the Hepworth sculpture and the third by the willow tree for those in Cowan Court. The college does not plan to test the fire alarms during the conference, so any alarm will be in response to a reported incident.

  All the Porters are trained First Aiders and should be the first port of call should anyone become unwell or be involved in an accident. Any request for an ambulance should be made by the Porters. Their telephone number is +44 1223 336000.

• When can I arrive onsite and collect my badge?

  You can arrive onsite and collect your conference bag from 12:00-13:30 on Thursday 12 September. Please do not arrive before 12:00 as we will not be available to help you. 

  If you are not able to register during the main registration slot then please contact us with your arrival time.

• Can I register and pay for the conference onsite?

  No, there is no onsite registration: you should register and pay for the conference online by the registration deadline. If you are based in a country where online payment is not possible, please contact Claire Sullivan and she will try to help you.
