Abstract Submission

Abstract submission deadline extended to 11 July 2019


Abstract evaluation

8 proffered papers will be selected from submitted abstracts for oral presentation. 8 more high scoring abstracts will be presented as 3 minute Poster Spotlight talks in the lecture theatre. There are also two 90-minute Poster Discussion Sessions within the programme.

All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Programme Committee, and abstract submitters will be notified of the result by email no later than Friday 26 July 2019.


EACR Poster Prizes

Two EACR Poster Prizes of €100 each will be awarded for the best posters as selected by the judges. The panel will assess posters on three criteria: the scientific content, the layout of the poster, and the verbal discussion.

Abstracts must be submitted online. You can edit your abstract(s) until the abstract submission deadline shown above. The main abstract text is limited to 300 words but this does not include the information relating to title, author and affiliation.

Poster board dimensions

Poster Boards are 1m by 2m in Portrait. Your poster should be no greater than 90cm x 140cm in Portrait. You can attach your poster with drawing pins or double sided Velcro tape which will be provided for you.

Authors from low and middle income countries should consider registration with AuthorAid, a global research community that provides networking, mentoring, resources and training for researchers from low and middle income countries.
