WARNING - scam targeting of participants
The EACR has learned that third-party companies (i.e. Business Travel Management) are targeting EACR conference speakers and participants with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking scheme. These companies often make phone calls falsely claiming to be the official accommodation partner, and send emails with credit card forms.
Please be aware that these companies make false and fraudulent claims about themselves in order to obtain credit card information. If you are contacted about this conference by any organisation other than the EACR, please forward the information to Roger.Doxat-Pratt@nottingham.ac.uk before taking any other action.
