You must pay the admission fee for the conference by this date.
You will not have a conference place until you do this.

Abstracts must be submitted online. You can edit your abstract until the abstract submission deadline shown above. The main abstract text is limited to 300 words but this does not include the information relating to title, author and affiliation. You need to have registered to the meeting to submit an abstract.

Abstract evaluation
8 proffered papers will be selected from submitted abstracts for oral presentation.
All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Programme Committee, and abstract submitters will be notified of the result by email no later than 22 March 2019.
EACR Poster Prizes
Four EACR Poster Prizes of €100 each will be awarded for the best posters as selected by the judges.
Poster board dimensions
Poster Boards are 0.8m by 1m in Portrait and your poster should be no greater than these dimensions. The fixings will be provided for you.
