Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt this can be obtained by contacting Roger Doxat-Pratt.
Your registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks on all 3 days of the conference, as well as a buffet dinner during the Networking Reception on Thursday 01 February.
A ticket for the Conference Dinner on Friday 02 February can be purchased alongside registration.
A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print / download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact Roger Doxat-Pratt.
You can register onsite and collect your conference bag from 11:00 – 13:00 on Thursday 01 February. If you are not able to register at this point then please contact Roger Doxat-Pratt with your arrival time.
The venue has 8 emergency exits: 4 on the ground floor, 2 on the first balcony and 2 on the second balcony. In the event of a fire or other emergency, a siren will sound throughout the building. Staff will assist participants to clear the building via the nearest emergency exit. The assembly point is on the bridge diagonally across from the venue.
