The EACR has learned that third-party companies are targeting EACR conference speakers and participants. These companies may call or email you falsely claiming to be the official accommodation partner, and make false claims about themselves in order to obtain your credit card information.

Please note that the EACR has no agreement or affiliation with these providers and we recommend that you do not give any information to them. If you are contacted about this conference by any organisation other than the EACR, please forward the information to Chris Iliffe before taking any other action.

Discounted accommodation at the venue, Harnack House

Single room in the guest house (annex)

The room is located in our guest house, within walking distance directly across from the Harnack House and can be reached by elevator. The room size varies from 11 to 15 square meters, modernly equipped with a box spring bed, desk, high-speed WiFi, TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet in the Harnack House.

Double room in the guest house (annex)

The room is located in our guest house, within walking distance directly across from the Harnack House and can be reached by elevator. The room size varies from 15 to 20 square meters and is suitable for single and double occupancy. Modern equipment with a box spring bed, desk, high-speed WiFi, TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet in the Harnack House

Standard room: €107 per night
Standard room for 2 people: €130 per night

All room rates include free Wi-Fi and a breakfast buffet. The deadline for reserving accommodation is 31 August 2023, although rooms may sell out before then.

Harnack House is 1 minute from the Thielplatz U-Bahn station, so the venue is easily accessible from hotels which are located close to the U3 line.
