Join the EACR as a member if you want to take advantage of lower admission fees.

You must pay the admission fee for the conference by this date.
You will not have a conference place until you do this.

Make sure your space is confirmed: Just registering using the panel on the right is not enough to secure your place at the conference. Even if you are eligible for a free EACR Member registration, you need to add a registration to your basket below and checkout to confirm your attendance.

n for Cancer Research receive reduced registration rates for all EACR conferences. Our membership fees offer excellent value with low fees for students and early career researchers.
Paying the correct rate
We offer registration rates for each type of EACR membership: Student, Early Career and Member, and it's important that you pay the correct rate. EACR members can check their membership category by logging in to our Members Area, or you can find it at the top of every email newsletter we send you.
We check that each participant has paid the correct rate and if there has been a mistake, we will arrange for you to pay the right amount. Please email kathryn.wass@eacr.org if you are unsure or have any questions.

Initial registration is free. You will not have a conference place until the admission fee has been paid.
Checkout and Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, PayPal account (including the option to ‘check out as guest’ if you do not have a PayPal account) or BACS (bank transfer). For compliance purposes, we require invoicing details from participants for all sales, even if you do not require an invoice. These will be collected on the next page. After that, you will be able to choose your payment method. Please be aware that your choice of payment method cannot be changed after selection on the payment page.
Cancellation Policy
Registration payments can be cancelled and refunded prior to the registration deadline. The substitution of participants may be made at any time. Any cancellation or substitution requests should be emailed to kathryn.wass@eacr.org. Following the registration deadline, refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the conference organisers.
Tax
Registration payments are VAT exempt.
Industry rates
Industry rates apply to participants who work for a for-profit company and are funded to attend the meeting by that company. Having different levels of registration rates enables us to keep rates low for students and early-career researchers with limited access to funding.
