- Can I have a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?
Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt this can be obtained by contacting Laura Strachan.
- Does registration include meals?
Your registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks on all 3 days of the course, and a networking reception with drinks and a hot buffer dinner on Monday evening.
- How do I get a certificate of attendance?
A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print / download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact Laura Strachan.
- Is this course CME accredited?
Yes.
The 8th EACR-OECI Joint Course: Molecular Pathology Approach to Cancer, Amsterdam, Netherlands, 04/06/2018-06/06/2018 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 10 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
- When does onsite registration begin?
You can register onsite from 11:30 - 13:00 on Monday 04 June 2018. If you are not able to register at this point then please contact Laura Strachan with your arrival time.
- What is the emergency evacuation procedure?
De Rode Hoed has 8 evacuation exits: 4 on the ground floor, 2 on the first balcony and 2 on the second balcony. In the event of a fire or other emergency, a siren will sound throughout the building. Staff will assist participants to clear the building via the nearest emergency exit. The assembly point is on the bridge diagonally across from the venue.
