• Can I have a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?

  Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt this can be obtained by contacting Laura Strachan L.Strachan@nottingham.ac.uk.

• Does registration include meals?

  Your registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks on all 3 days of the course, and a drinks reception with light refreshments on Tuesday evening.

• How do I get a certificate of attendance?

  A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print / download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact Laura Strachan.

• Is this course CME accredited?

  The 7th EACR-OECI Joint Training Course: Molecular Pathology Approach to Cancer has been granted 12 European CME credits (ECMEC) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).

• When does registration begin?

  Registration and collection of badges takes place from 11.30 at the registration desk in the Reception Hall. A buffet style 'welcome lunch' will be available from 12.30 and the sessions will begin at 13.30.

• What is the emergency evacuation procedure?

  The venue has 8 emergency exits: 4 on the ground floor, 2 on the first balcony and 2 on the second balcony. In the event of a fire or other emergency, a siren will sound throughout the building. Staff will assist participants to clear the building via the nearest emergency exit. The assembly point is on the bridge diagonally across from the venue.
