No, there is no onsite registration: you should register and pay for the conference online by the registration deadline. If you are based in a country where online payment is not possible, please contact Claire Sullivan and she will try to help you.
Please contact Claire Sullivan if you require an official Letter of Invitation for a visa or funding application. You should have already registered for the conference.
Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt please contact us.
Your registration fee includes a buffet dinner on Sunday evening, as well as lunches and coffee breaks on the following three days. A ticket for the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 12 November 2019 can be purchased alongside registration.
A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print / download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact Claire Sullivan.
You can arrive onsite and collect your conference bag from 15:30 - 17:00 on Sunday 10 November 2019. If you are not able to register at this point then please contact Claire Sullivan with your arrival time.
In the unlikely event of a fire or another emergency all guests should go into the garden and assemble by the sign. The garden can be accessed through the Planck Lobby and down the big staircase (next to the piano) to the terrace.
