Join the EACR as a member if you want to take advantage of lower admission fees.

You must pay the admission fee for the conference by this date.
You will not have a conference place until you do this.

Abstracts must be submitted online. You can edit your abstract until the abstract submission deadline shown above. The main abstract text is limited to 300 words but this does not include the information relating to title, author and affiliation. You need to have registered to the meeting to submit an abstract.
Abstracts cannot be edited at this time.
Abstract evaluation
8 proffered papers of 15 minutes will be selected from submitted abstracts for oral presentation. A further 8 high-scoring abstracts will be selected for Poster Spotlights, short 'flash talks' of 2 minutes each.
All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Programme Committee, and abstract submitters will be notified of the result by email no later than 06 July 2018 (unless the abstract was submitted after the initial deadline).
Poster Prizes
Poster prizes will be awarded for the best posters as selected by the judges:

Two Cellular Oncology poster prizes of €100 each
Initial abstract deadline: 15 June 2018
Abstracts submitted after the initial deadline will be evaluated for consideration as poster presentations only, and the result will be available prior to the registration deadline.
Poster board dimensions
Poster Boards are 1m by 2m in Portrait. Your poster should be no greater than 90cm x 140cm in Portrait. You can attach your poster with drawing pins or double sided Velcro tape which will be provided for you.
