You’ll see an EACR banner displayed outside the entrance to Harnack House. Please make your way towards the registration desk, located in the Planck Lobby.
You can register from 11:30 CET on Tuesday 03 November. Once registered you will be given your conference badge and pocket programme. If you notified us of any dietary requirements, these will be listed on the back of your badge in both English and German.
You're welcome to leave your coat and luggage in the downstairs cloakroom at Harnack House but please note that this is an unsupervised area and personal items are left there at your own risk.
Poster presenters of posters 01-50 can display their poster on their assigned poster board as soon as they are registered. The boards are spread across the Meitner Saal and Goethe Saal rooms.
Please find your designated poster board (the correct poster number will be in the corner of each board) and attach your poster. Pins will be provided for you to do this.
Poster presenters for posters 51-99 will be able to put up their posters from 10:15 am on Wednesday 04 November.
Please ensure you always wear your badge while you're at the conference. After the conference, we will collect your badge for recycling.

If you are a solo traveller, i.e. attending the conference on your own, please feel free to join us at the EACR banner near the registration desk during the afternoon coffee break on Day 1 (14:45-15:15) to connect with fellow solo attendees.
Our friendly EACR staff and Ambassadors will be on hand to assist you, answer questions, and offer insights into local dining spots and noteworthy attractions.
We encourage you to bring and use your own reusable water bottles and coffee cups at the venue. We will be providing light refreshments during our designated coffee breaks as well as providing a selection of food during the lunch breaks on Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference.
Dietary requirements (by prior arrangement only): Please identify yourself to the serving staff. Confirmed dietary requirements will be detailed on the reverse of your conference badge.
Tuesday 03 November, 16:35-17:35 CET
Taking place on the first evening, this informal session is designed to give participants an opportunity to make lots of new connections in a short space of time. Invited conference speakers, the EACR, and our affiliated journal Molecular Oncology, will each host their own table in the Planck Lobby of Harnack House.
Over three rotations of 20 minutes each, conference participants will be invited to visit tables of their choice, getting the opportunity to meet the conference speakers and organisers plus other attendees.
Tuesday 03 November, 17:35 CET
Taking place on the first evening in the Exhibition and poster halls at the venue, our welcome reception will give participants the opportunity to meet new colleagues and reconnect with friends.
A light buffet and welcome drinks will be served for all participants and exhibitors to enjoy. The first poster discussion session will start during the reception at 18:00.
Wednesday 04 November (19:30 CET)
The conference dinner will be taking place on the second evening of the conference at the onsite restaurant at Harnack House. If you have already registered for the conference dinner, this will be listed on your conference badge.
If you expected to have a conference dinner ticket but did not receive one, then please come to the EACR Helpdesk during a coffee break.
Entrance will only be permitted to the conference dinner with a valid ticket. Please ensure that you bring your ticket with you to the Planck Lobby on the evening of the dinner otherwise you may not be permitted entry.
Please arrive at the Planck Lobby no earlier than 19:25 to be seated for the dinner at 19:30.
If you need to print out your poster during the conference, the following local printing companies are close by:
None of them are directly next to Harnack House, but all of them are in walking distance.
We will have a ‘job and study opportunities’ notice board at the conference. If you or your lab/institute has any upcoming job or study opportunities, then please feel free to bring this information with you printed on an A4 sheet. We will add the sheet to the board, so that conference participants are aware of any upcoming opportunities!
We’re working to reduce the environmental impact of our conferences, which is why we’re providing as much information as we can digitally. Please note that we are no longer providing notebooks at our conferences, though the pocket programme does include some pages for notes.
The pocket programme you’ll receive contains the scientific programme and an index of poster titles.
All the speaker and poster abstracts, as well as optional digital posters, are available in our searchable digital abstracts and posters area (online from Friday 30 October 2026). Please note that you will need to be logged in to access this page, and it may take a few moments to load!
