• Can I have an official Letter of Invitation for Visa or funding purposes?

  Yes you can - once you have paid for your registration, you will have the option to download a letter of invitation for the meeting. If you have any trouble downloading your letter, then please contact Christopher.Iliffe@eacr.org.

• I can no longer attend, how do I get a refund?

  Refunds are available until the registration deadline. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact Chris Iliffe (Christopher.Iliffe@eacr.org).

• How do I get a certificate of attendance?

  A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print or download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact Chris Iliffe (Christopher.Iliffe@eacr.org)

• Does registration include meals?

  The registration fee includes lunch on Tuesday 01 November and Wednesday 02 November, as well as the regular coffee breaks in the programme.

  The following event is also included with each registration:
  Tuesday 01 November 2022 – Networking Reception & Welcome buffet at 17:15.

• Can I have a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?

  Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt please contact Miho Yang (miho.yang@eacr.org).

• Can I register and pay for the conference onsite?

  No, there is no onsite registration; you should register and pay for the conference online by the registration deadline. If you are based in a country where online payment is not possible, please contact Chris Iliffe (Christopher.Iliffe@eacr.org) and he will try to help you.

• When can I arrive onsite and collect my badge?

  You can arrive onsite and collect your conference materials from 12:00 – 13:00 on Tuesday 01 November 2022. If you are not able to register at this point then please contact Christopher.Iliffe@eacr.org with your arrival time.

• What is the emergency evacuation procedure?

  Escape route notices are displayed throughout the venue and an emergency evacuation procedure will be given at the start of the conference. In the unlikely event of a fire or another emergency all guests should go into the garden and assemble by the sign. The garden can be accessed through the Planck Lobby and down the big staircase (next to the piano) to the terrace.

• Payments and ‘Supplier Forms’

  Please note that it is against our policy to complete administrative forms issued by a third party organisation in order to set up the EACR as a ‘supplier’ solely for the purposes of payment of registration. If this means that an organisation cannot pay the EACR by bank transfer, payment by credit card is necessary.

• Is Halal or Kosher food offered at the venue?

  Unfortunately the venue is unable to provide Halal or Kosher catering options. Participants are welcome to bring their own food or to use external providers in this regard.  Any externally organised catering arrangements must be confirmed with Chris Iliffe at Christopher.Iliffe@eacr.org
