Registration and Payment: Italian VAT registered

Participants whose registration is paid by Italian VAT-registered organisations are eligible to pay registration rates without VAT, for which we will provide an invoice for payment by card or bank transfer.

In order to pay for your registration, please email Roger Doxat-Pratt with the following information:

• The name of the delegate(s)
• The name and address of the Italian VAT-registered organisation that will pay your registration fee
• Their Italian VAT registration number

Participants whose registration is paid by Italian VAT-registered organisations are not able to pay online, and will be sent an invoice for payment by card or bank transfer.

Tax

The rates quoted on this page exclude Italian VAT and are applicable only to participants whose registration is paid by Italian VAT-registered organisations. VAT receipts are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Registration payments can be cancelled and refunded in full prior to the registration deadline. The substitution of participants may be made at any time. Any cancellation or substitution requests should be emailed to Roger Doxat-Pratt. Following the registration deadline, refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the conference organisers.

Industry rates

Industry rates apply to participants who work for a for-profit company and are funded to attend the meeting by that company. Having different levels of registration rates enables us to keep rates low for students and early-career researchers with limited access to funding.
