• Can I have a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?

  Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt please contact Roger Doxat-Pratt.

• Can I have an official Letter of Invitation for visa or funding purposes?

  Please contact Roger Doxat-Pratt if you require an official Letter of Invitation for a visa or funding application. You should have already registered for the conference.

• Does registration include meals?

  All registration rates include lunch and refreshments on all three days of the conference, and light finger buffet on Monday evening. Tickets for the Conference Dinner on Tuesday evening are not included, and can be purchased separately.

• How do I get a certificate of attendance?

  A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print / download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact Roger Doxat-Pratt.

• What is the emergency evacuation procedure?

  There are no planned fire tests. In the unlikely event that you are told to evacuate:

  • Leave the building immediately via the closest safe evacuation route.
  • Go to the external gathering point and await instructions.
• When does onsite registration begin?

  You can register onsite and collect your conference bag from 11:30 - 13:00 on Monday 5 November 2018. If you are not able to register at this point then please contact Roger Doxat-Pratt with your arrival time.
