- Can I have a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?
Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt this can be obtained by contacting us.
- Does registration include meals?
Registration includes welcome coffee/buffet lunch/afternoon coffee/free WiFi/free car parking
- How do I get a certificate of attendance?
A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print / download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the workshop.
- What is the emergency evacuation procedure?
The evacuation procedure will be displayed within the hotel and there will also be a duty manager and fire warden on duty to assist delegates with leaving the building in the event of an emergency.
- When does onsite registration begin?
You can register onsite from 09:30 – 10:00. If you are not able to register at this point then please contact Kathryn Wass with your arrival time.
