  • Can I have a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?

    Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt please contact us.

  • Can I have an official Letter of Invitation for visa or funding purposes?

    Please contact Roger Doxat-Pratt if you require an official Letter of Invitation for a visa or funding application. You should have already registered for the conference.

  • Do I need to register every day?

    Yes, participants need to register each day during the times below in order to have access to the auditorium:       

    12:00 – 13:30 on Monday 4 February

    08:25 – 09:45 on Tuesday 5 February

    08:30 – 09:15 on Wednesday 6 February

  • Does registration include meals?

    All registration rates include lunch and refreshments on all three days of the conference, and drinks at the Networking reception on Monday afternoon. Tickets for the Conference Dinner on Tuesday evening are not included, and can be purchased separately on the registration page.

  • How do I get a certificate of attendance?

    A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print / download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact Roger Doxat-Pratt.

  • What are the emergency procedures at the venue?

    The full emergency procedures for the venue are described in this booklet.

    In case of evacuation:

    • Go to the nearest exit following the evacuation signs
    • Follow the instructions from the emergency staff
    • Walk quickly but do not run
    • Do not use the lifts in any circumstances
    • Do not delay - abandon the items which may hinder you from walking quickly
    • Go to the meeting point indicated in the linked booklet with other conference attendees
  • When does onsite registration begin?

    You can register onsite and collect your conference bag from 12:00-13:30 on Monday 4 February. If you are not able to register at this point then please contact Roger Doxat-Pratt with your arrival time.
