IMPORTANT UPDATE

This conference has now reached full capacity for abstract submissions and so abstract submission is now closed. We’ve paused registration while we evaluate abstracts and confirm participant numbers.

If you’d still like to register to attend without presenting an abstract, sign up here to be added to the registration waiting list. On 14 March more places may become available and will be allocated to the waiting list on a first-come first-served basis.

A note from the EACR: we’re sorry we’ve had to close abstract submission a few hours early due to the conference reaching full capacity. The great news is that we already have plans to hold the next edition at a larger venue, allowing us to bring this exciting topic to even more researchers. Thanks for your understanding, and if you can't join us this time we really hope we see you at a future edition.

Abstract submission deadline: 13 February at 23:59 CET

This conference is likely to sell out and is limited to 150 participants. Please submit your abstract and complete the registration payment as soon as possible to secure your place.

Each participant can submit one abstract

All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Programme Committee and abstract submitters will be notified of the result by email within three weeks of the submission deadline.

High scoring abstracts will be selected for oral presentation in the lecture theatre: There will be six 15-minute Proffered Papers and six 3-minute Poster Spotlights. There will also be two 90-minute Poster Discussion Sessions within the programme.

Poster board dimensions

Poster Boards are 1m by 2m in Portrait. Your poster should be no greater than 90cm x 140cm in Portrait. You can attach your poster with adhesive tape which will be provided for you.

Abstracts must be submitted online. You can edit your abstract until the abstract submission deadline shown above. The main abstract text is limited to 300 words but this does not include the information relating to title, author and affiliation.

Abstracts cannot be edited at this time.
