Reduced Registration Rates

If you are an EACR member

Members of the European Association for Cancer Research receive reduced registration rates for all EACR conferences. Membership costs just €50 per year, with lower fees for early career researchers and students.

European Society of Oncologic Imaging

Reduced registration rates also apply for members of the European Society of Oncologic Imaging (ESOI) at the time of registration. If you are not an ESOI member yet, click here to view membership categories and benefits, and join today.

If you are an ESOI member, please proceed with your registration by creating an EACR Meetings account first [Click "First time here?" in the box on the right of this screen]. Kindly note that the EACR will liaise with the ESOI in order to check your membership status.

Check your membership category

We check that each participant has paid the correct rate and if there has been a mistake we will arrange for you to pay the right amount, which can cause unnecessary stress around the payment deadline. If you are an EACR member you can check your membership category in our Members Area, or you can find it at the top of every email news bulletin we send you. Please email claire.sullivan@eacr.org if you are unsure or have any questions.

How can I get my reduced registration rate?

• I already have an EACR Events account
  • Please log in to your EACR Events account and register to attend this meeting
  • Click I'd like to join the EACR Community and become a member. From your account profile page click I'd like to become a member and fill out the membership application form
  • We will review and approve your application and email you with details of how to activate your membership
  • While we process your application you will still be able to use your email address and password to log in and submit an abstract, register or pay
• I haven’t yet created an EACR Events account
  • You can apply online to join the EACR: click here to join now
  • We will process your membership application and email your membership details
  • You can then register for the meeting and pay the reduced registration fee

Registration Fees

Checkout and Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, PayPal account (including the option to ‘check out as guest’ if you do not have a PayPal account) or BACS (bank transfer).  For compliance purposes, we require invoicing details from participants for all sales, even if you do not require an invoice.  These will be collected on the next page.  After that, you will be able to choose your payment method.  Please be aware that your choice of payment method cannot be changed after selection on the payment page.

Cancellation Policy

Registration payments can be cancelled and refunded prior to the registration deadline. The substitution of participants may be made at any time. Any cancellation or substitution requests should be emailed to Claire Sullivan. Following the registration deadline, refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the conference organisers.

Tax

Registration payments are VAT exempt.

Industry rates

Industry rates apply to participants who work for a for-profit company and are funded to attend the meeting by that company. Having different levels of registration rates enables us to keep rates low for students and early-career researchers with limited access to funding.
