You’ll see signage at the main entrance to the Centre de Congrès de Lyon directing you to the Pasteur Suite where the EACR Conference will be held. Please make your way towards the registration desk, located in the Pasteur Suite lobby at the top of the escalator.
You can register from 11:30 CET on Tuesday 14 November. Once registered you will be given your conference badge and pocket programme. If you notified us of any dietary requirements, these will be listed on the back of your badge in both English and French. After the conference we will collect your badge for recycling.
You're welcome to leave your coat and luggage in the Pasteur Salon but please note that this is an unsupervised area and personal items are left there at your own risk.
Poster presenters can display their poster on their assigned poster board as soon as they are registered. The boards are spread across the Exhibition and Catering areas of the Pasteur Suite. Please find your designated poster board (the correct poster number will be in the corner of each board) and attach your poster.
Please ensure you wear your badge at all times while you're at the conference. After the conference we will collect your badge for recycling.
Although Centre de Congrès de Lyon are committed to the use of recyclable glass bottles for water and juices and reusable crockery for hot beverages, we encourage you to bring and use your own reusable water bottles and coffee cups at the venue.
We will be providing refreshments during our designated Coffee Breaks as well as providing a selection of food during the lunch breaks on Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference.
Dietary Requirements (by prior arrangement only): Please identify yourself to the serving staff. Confirmed dietary requirements will be detailed on the reverse of your conference badge.
Tuesday 14 November, 17:00-17:45
A complimentary buffet dinner will be served for all participants and exhibitors to enjoy on Tuesday evening. Why not take the opportunity to make new connections in an informal setting! The trade exhibition will be open at this time, and Poster Discussion Session 1 will follow at 18:15.
Wednesday 15 November, 19:30 CET
The Conference Dinner will take place on the final night of the meeting. It will be an excellent opportunity for participants and speakers to get to know each other in a relaxed and informal environment.
The dinner is being held at the Hotel Crowne Plaza Lyon in their restaurant, Antipasto, located a short walk from the Centre de Congrès de Lyon.

The pocket programme you’ll receive contains the scientific programme and an index of poster titles. All the speaker and poster abstracts, as well as optional digital posters, are available in our searchable Digital Abstracts and Posters area - it may take a few seconds to load (you will need to be logged-in to view).
We will have a ‘Job and Study Opportunities’ notice board at the conference. If you or your lab / institute has any upcoming job or study opportunities, then please feel free to bring this information with you printed on an A4 sheet. We will add the sheet to the board, so that conference participants are aware of any upcoming opportunities!
