• Can I have a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?

  Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt, please contact Miho Yang.

• Can I have an official Letter of Invitation for visa or funding purposes?

  Yes you can - once you have paid for your registration, you will have the option to download a letter of invitation for the meeting. If you have any trouble downloading your letter, then please contact Christopher.Iliffe@eacr.org

• Can I register and pay for the conference onsite?

  You should register and pay for the conference online by the registration deadline. It is not possible to register and pay for the conference on site.  If you are based in a country where online payment is not possible, please contact Christopher.Iliffe@eacr.org and we will try to help you.  Please note that for certain countries it may not be possible to make payments, depending on the banking restrictions in place, which are outside of our control.

• Does my registration fee include meals?

  The registration fee includes light refreshments that will be served during lunchtime on Tuesday 14 October and Wednesday 15 October, as well as the regular coffee breaks in the programme.

  The following event is also included with each registration:

  Tuesday 14 October 2025 – Networking Reception & Welcome buffet at 17:45.

  Tickets for the Conference Dinner are an optional extra.

• How do I get a certificate of attendance?

  A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print or download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact Christopher.Iliffe@eacr.org

• I can no longer attend. How do I get a refund?

  Refunds are available until the registration deadline. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact christopher.iliffe@eacr.org.

• Is this conference CME accredited?

  CME accreditation is not available for participants at this conference.

• Payments and ‘Supplier Forms’

  Please note that it is against our policy to complete administrative forms issued by a third-party organisation in order to set up the EACR as a ‘supplier’ solely for the purposes of payment of registration and dinner ticket fees. If this means that an organisation cannot pay the EACR by bank transfer, payment by credit card is necessary.

• What are the emergency procedures for the venue?

  In the event of an emergency situation on the premises, work must be stopped, leaving this in a safe condition, and any equipment being used must be disconnected. Participants should leave the area following the instructions of the Euskalduna Conference Centre staff and the established evacuation signs.

• What special dietary requirements can the venue cater for?

  Please contact Christopher.Iliffe@eacr.org to enquire about the options available if you have a dietary restriction.

• When can I arrive onsite and collect my badge?

  Registered participants can arrive onsite and collect their name badge and pocket programme from 11:30-13:00 on Tuesday 14 October 2025. Please do not arrive before 11:30 as we will not be available to help you.
