A PhD position is immediately available in the laboratory of Tumor Immunomodulation, led by Itziar Otano at the Institute of Research Hospital 12 de Octubre/CNIO, in Madrid.

We are seeking highly motivated junior scientist with a keen interest in experimental and translational immunology. Our lab focuses on tumor immunology and the identification of vulnerabilities to immunotherapy.

Candidates should have the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team and the ability to manage the day-to-day running of a research project.

We request:
• Academic degree in Bachelor of Biological Sciences
• Master degree in a center of scientific excellence.
• Languages: English (level B2)
• Work experience in translational cancer research, cell culture manipulation and molecular biology skills.

Location: Institute of Research Hospital 12 de Octubre and Spanish National Cancer Research Center (CNIO) located in Madrid, Spain
