"Determining the spatial role of epigenetically defined sub-clones associated with therapy resistance in triple-negative breast cancer"
Congratulations to Dr. Rachael Natrajan, who beat tough competition from over 80 applicants to be awarded this joint EACR-NanoString grant. Her abstract focussing on therapy resistance in triple-negative breast cancer, impressed the panel of EACR reviewers, and a selection panel from NanoString, and she will now have use of NanoString's services on this project.
We received many outstanding applications and appreciate the time and effort that went into these.
Application deadline: 17 July 2023
The European Association for Cancer Research (EACR) & NanoString will award the most impactful proposal in cancer research with the opportunity to expand your single cell studies with Spatial context and advance your insights of cell-cell interactions, cell states and neighborhood analysis, using the CosMx™ Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI).
The grant will provide analysis of 4 slides with up to twenty desired profiling regions, or Field Of View (FOVs), 16mm2 total tissue scanning per slide using the CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager running the 1000-plex RNA Panel through the Amsterdam CX Laboratory.
The winner will send samples to NanoString who will provide the CosMx reagents. NanoString will perform the CosMx SMI Technology Access Program Services.
The grant is exclusive to EACR members.
The EACR is grateful for the continued support of its Industry Partners:
