The spatial architecture of tissue samples can strongly influence disease pathology, progression, and treatment response. Spatial biology (multiplex IHC) enables the analysis of multiple biomarkers in a tissue section while preserving their spatial context. In this presentation our expert, Virginie Goubert introduces the importance of multiplex biomarker analysis and shows how multiple layers of biological and spatial information can be obtained from a single sample with Akoya’s Phenoptics™ and CODEX® platforms.
