We collect membership fees on a rolling basis throughout the year. For example if a member pays for one year of membership on 17 February their membership will be due for renewal on 17 February the following year.
Pro-rata refunds are not available on membership fees whether purchased annually or as a discounted 4 year package. We will however consider a request for a membership break as detailed in the section below. Any member wishing to resign their current membership should contact us in writing.
We understand the difficulties of balancing a professional and personal life. If you’d like to request a membership break, for example for parental leave, a career break, or extenuating circumstances please contact us. Documentary evidence to support your circumstances may be required in order to pause your membership.
A refund and cancellation policy relevant to the particular event will be published with the registration details for each EACR meeting, conference or workshop.
We accept payment for membership and conference registration fees by card through a secure online system. Payment is also possible by bank transfer. If you prefer to provide credit card details and pay by telephone, the information provided will be for ‘one time use’, it will not be stored electronically or in any other retrieval system.
We prefer not to accept cash payments. In exceptional circumstances we may accept payment in cash; in these circumstances it may only be received by a representative from the EACR Secretariat who will provide a signed receipt.
This is considered an out of date browser.
