213 participants from 31 countries gathered in Barcelona from 9 - 11 October 2017 for the EACR Conference Defence is the Best Attack: Immuno-Oncology Breakthroughs, held at La Pedrera, Gaudí's famous building in the centre of Barcelona.
Part of the highly rated EACR Conference Series, Defence is the Best Attack was a great scientific success, with participants praising the quality of the speakers.
As always with the EACR Conference Series, we aimed to foster interaction and discussion in an intimate atmosphere, with limited participant numbers. The many different networking sessions were very popular including our new Poster Spotlights, which allowed selected authors to present their posters to a wider audience.
