Announcement of a post-doctoral scholarship at the Medical Faculty, Lund University, Sweden: Novel approaches of tumor target identification

The selected candidate will perform studies with the aim to identify targetable, cell-surface antigens expressed in primary brain tumors with a specific focus on high grade glioma. The challenging studies include a novel procedure for proteomics-based analyses of patient tumors as well as experimental models, combined with advanced imaging and bioinformatics.

Scholarship period: The scholarship covers a period of 24 months.

Principal investigator/contact person: Mattias Belting, Professor of Oncology.
Location: Medical Faculty, Lund University, Sweden


- The candidate should have a strong track record from cancer research, and previous experience from cell and animal models
- The recipient must hold a PhD degree within a relevant field. The PhD degree should not be from LU. The PhD degree must not be older than three years. The applicant must not have been employed at LU in the past two years.
