Member Involvement

Volunteer and contribute to the future of the EACR

We invite interested EACR members to be more involved in our activities by serving on our committees. The work of the volunteers on EACR committees is vital for the success of the EACR and it is also a rewarding experience for those involved.

The details of any current committee vacancies will be posted below. We also welcome speculative applications at any time, and we will keep your details for the next time there are open positions on our committees.

Open Positions

There are currently no open positions on EACR committees.

To submit a speculative application, please email your CV to rachel.warden@eacr.org. We will keep your details on file and, if applicable, write to you with details of standing committee vacancies for which you may be interested in applying.

Frequently asked questions

Whom can I use as my referee?

The referee should be someone who knows you professionally and is able to recommend you for the position. Ideally the referee should be a senior/well respected figure as this would give more weight to the recommendation.

Can I apply for more than one committee?

Yes.

Can I submit my application after the deadline?

Unfortunately not as we aim to evaluate the applications immediately after the deadline.

Who will evaluate the applications?

Applications will be evaluated by the EACR Nominating Committee, chaired by the EACR Past President Anton Berns.
