• Coronavirus update

  We are actively monitoring WHO statements and travel advice on the current outbreak of coronavirus; the most recent WHO statement advises against any restrictions on international travel based on the current situation. We advise participants to pay attention to travel advice from your own country’s government.

  The organisation of the conference remains on schedule and the normal participant cancellation policy applies. If anything changes we will inform participants as soon as possible.

• Can I register and pay for the conference onsite?

  No, there is no onsite registration; you should register and pay for the conference online by the registration deadline. If you are based in a country where online payment is not possible, please contact Claire Sullivan and she will try to help you.

• Does my registration fee include meals?

  Your registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks on all three days of the conference, and a drinks reception with a buffet dinner on Wednesday evening.

• Is this conference CME accredited?

  CME accreditation is not available for participants at this conference.

• Payment and 'Supplier Forms'

  Please note that it is against our policy to complete administrative forms issued by a third party organisation in order to set up the EACR as a ‘supplier’ solely for the purposes of payment of registration and dinner ticket fees. If this means that an organisation cannot pay the EACR by bank transfer, payment by credit card is necessary.

• Can I have a receipt for my payment to attend the meeting?

  Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt please contact Laura Strachan.

• Can I have an official Letter of Invitation for visa or purposes?

  Yes you can - first make sure that you have already registered for the conference, and then contact Laura Strachan to obtain an official Letter of Invitation.

• How do I get a certificate of attendance?

  A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print or download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact Laura Strachan.

• What are the emergency procedures for the venue?

  There are no planned fire tests. In the unlikely event that you are told to evacuate:

  • Leave the building immediately via the closest safe evacuation route.
  • Go to the external gathering point which is outside the main entrance and await instructions.
