If you are not able to use one of these methods then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org A PayPal account is not required to use our online payment system, just choose the option to ‘check out as guest’. PayPal is supported in most countries worldwide, but if you are not able to make a payment from your location then we would be pleased to provide you with an invoice.
Registration payments can be cancelled and refunded prior to the initial registration deadline. Any cancellation or substitution requests should be emailed to email@example.com. Following the registration deadline, refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the conference organisers.
Registration payments are VAT exempt.
Industry rates apply to participants who work for a for-profit company and are funded to attend the meeting by that company. Having different levels of registration rates enables us to keep rates low for students and early-career researchers with limited access to funding.
