Cambridge, UK : 30 March - 1 April 2020
We are actively monitoring WHO statements and travel advice on the current outbreak of coronavirus; the most recent WHO statement advises against any restrictions on international travel based on the current situation. We advise participants to pay attention to travel advice from your own country’s government.
The organisation of the conference remains on schedule and the normal participant cancellation policy applies. If anything changes we will inform participants as soon as possible.
No, there is no onsite registration: you should register and pay for the conference online by the registration deadline. If you are based in a country where online payment is not possible, please contact Claire Sullivan (firstname.lastname@example.org) and she will try to help you.
Please note that it is against our policy to complete administrative forms issued by a third party organisation in order to set up the EACR as a ‘supplier’ solely for the purposes of payment of registration and dinner ticket fees. If this means that an organisation cannot pay the EACR by bank transfer, payment by credit card is necessary.
Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt please contact Claire Sullivan email@example.com.
Yes you can - first make sure that you have already registered for the conference, and then contact Claire Sullivan firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an official Letter of Invitation.
All registration rates include the Networking Reception on Monday 30 March, lunches, and refreshments on all 3 days of the conference. A ticket for the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 31 March can be purchased alongside registration.
A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print or download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. This will be emailed to all participants at the end of the conference. If you have any questions about your certificate, please contact Claire Sullivan email@example.com.
If the fire alarm sounds (this will be a loud, continuous sound) delegates should immediately vacate the building. There are three assembly points, one at the front of the College, the second by the Hepworth sculpture and the third by the willow tree for those in Cowan Court. The college does not plan to test the fire alarms during the conference, so any alarm will be in response to a reported incident.
All the Porters are trained First Aiders and should be the first port of call should anyone become unwell or be involved in an accident. Any request for an ambulance should be made by the Porters. Their telephone number is +44 1223 336000.
Registered participants can arrive onsite and collect their conference bags from 11:30 - 13:00 on Monday 30 March. Please do not arrive before this time, as we will not be available to help you.
If you are not able to register during the main registration slot then please contact Claire Sullivan (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your arrival time.
