Abstract evaluation

Four proffered papers will be selected from submitted abstracts for oral presentation. Six more high scoring abstracts will be presented as three-minute Poster Spotlight talks in the lecture theatre and each presented with an Award Certificate in recognition during the closing ceremony. There are also two 90-minute Poster Discussion Sessions within the programme.

All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Programme Committee, and abstract submitters will be notified of the result by email no later than Thursday 27 February 2020.

Abstracts must be submitted online. You can edit your abstract(s) until the abstract submission deadline shown above. The main abstract text is limited to 300 words but this does not include the information relating to title, author and affiliation.

Poster board dimensions

Poster Boards are 1m by 2m in Portrait. Your poster should be no greater than 90cm x 140cm in Portrait. You can attach your poster with drawing pins or double sided Velcro tape which will be provided for you.
