Receipts are automatically generated through the online payment process. However, if you have not received a receipt this can be obtained by contacting the Conference Secretariat; Kathryn Wass.

How will I find out if my abstract is accepted?
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Programme Committee and successful delegates will be notified of their poster or oral presentation as soon as possible after the Abstract Deadline. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your abstract.

When does registration begin?
“Progress in Vaccination against Cancer” (PIVAC 10) will take place in St. Catharine’s College, Cambridge, UK, 27th – 30th September, 2010. You can register from 2.00pm – 6.30pm on Monday 27th September in the reception room just outside the main dining hall.

What size should my poster be?
Poster Boards are 1m by 2m in Portrait. Your poster should be no greater than 90cm x 140cm in Portrait.

How do I attach my poster?
You can attach your poster with drawing pins or double sided Velcro tape which will be provided for you.

When can I put up my poster and take it down?
Poster Session: Tuesday 28th September 6.00pm – 7.30pm. We ask you to put your poster up after 5.30pm and to take your poster down after 7.30pm.

Is free internet available throughout the meeting?
Internet access is available in all bedrooms via supplied Ethernet cable.

Is there any car parking at the meeting venue?
Parking is not available at St Catharine's (except for loading and unloading and other special circumstances). The Cambridge around St Catharine's map shows the location of several public parking areas near the College. There are maps posted around the city which will help you find your way back to the College once you park. For more information on parking see the Parking in Cambridge website.

What methods of payment can I use?
You can pay registration online via PayPal. Credit cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. AMERICAN EXPRESS is not accepted. Any payment by cheques must be made in GPB Sterling. See the ‘Registration & Payment’ page for full details.

Does registration include meals?
Monday 27th September 2010: tea/coffee at Welcome Reception, 3 course dinner.
Tuesday 28th September 2010: breakfast, tea/coffee break, 2 course lunch inc. tea/coffee, buffet reception.
Wednesday 29th September 2010: breakfast, tea/coffee breaks, 2 course lunch inc. tea/coffee, 3 course served conference dinner inc. tea/coffee.
Thursday 30th September 2010: breakfast
Is it easy to see more of Cambridge outside of the meeting venue?
Yes it is. St Catharine's College (CB2 1RL) is in the historic city centre a short walk from many of the famous attractions. More information is available on the official tourism website for Cambridge at Visit Cambridge.

Are there any recreational facilities available at the meeting venue?
Yes. All delegates will have access to squash, tennis and badminton at the College sports field. Punting is available by arrangement with local firm.

Is double/twin occupancy room available?
St Catharine’s College only offers single room occupancy and this is included in the registration fee. If you require a double/twin room please visit www.cambridgerooms.co.uk to check availability of Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Cambridge University Colleges. Alternatively please check with popular hotel booking companies such as Expedia, Lastminute, Laterooms, Booking.com, etc for availability. Please do note that any alternative rooms will need to be booked and paid for separately.
