Information about Membership Fees, Invoicing and Payment Methods

'Active Members' of EACR receive an e-mail invoice for membership fees in January for the year ahead.

The e-mail invoice will ask for payment through EACR's secure on-line system administered by PayPal. Members are able to pay fees by clicking the link within the e-mail to enter the EACR account area. Payment can be made by credit card or bank debit card - a PayPal account is not required.

Members who live in a country where PayPal cannot be used or prefer not to pay by credit card, will also find the Association’s bank account details in the e-mail and may make payment by Bank Transfer.

If a member wishes to make a credit card payment ‘offline’, a credit card invoice can be downloaded by clicking below. The form can be completed electronically prior to printing, or printed and completed with a black pen. The form should be returned by fax or by mail (fax and address details are on the invoice).

Students: If you gain an extension during your studies, please contact Rachel Warden through the Contact Us section of the website, stating your supervisor’s details, in order to have your student membership extended (maximum student membership is 4 years).
