Apply for Meeting Sponsorship

The EACR recognises the importance of scientific meetings to cancer researchers and the cancer research community.

To help broaden the range of opportunities for communication and learning available to cancer researchers, we sponsor cancer research meetings organised by EACR members.

Eligibility

  • At least one member of the Scientific Organising Committee should be a member of the EACR with a minimum of three years of membership.
  • The event should be organised by a organisation, scientific society or association and have cancer research as the major topic in the programme.
  • Lectures should be delivered in English.
  • There are no restrictions where meetings can be held. 

How to Apply

Complete the application form and submit it by the deadline.

Application Deadlines: 28 February, 30 June and 31 October

Application deadline For meetings between
28 February 01 September - 31 December
30 June 01 January – 30 April
31 October 01 May - 31 August
