Membership Fees

EACR Annual Fees Increase

Membership Fees are set at 40 EUR per annum for Active Members.

No increase in ‘Four Year Membership’ offer

A four year fee at 120 EUR was introduced in 2009 which around a quarter of members have taken up. The four year membership option at 120 EUR will be maintained for all renewals in 2011 and 2012, alongside the annual fee option.

Members renewing may find the four year subscription convenient and worthwhile - the administrative costs for the Association are also significantly reduced.

How do I pay my membership fee?

'Active Members' of EACR receive an e-mail invoice for membership fees in January for the year ahead. The e-mail invoice will ask for payment through EACR's secure on-line system administered by PayPal. Members are able to pay fees by clicking the link within the e-mail to be directed to the ‘Membership renewal’ page of the website. Payment can be made by credit card or bank debit card - a PayPal account is not required.

Members who live in a country where PayPal cannot be used or prefer not to pay by credit or bank debit card can directly transfer funds into the Association’s bank account, details of which can be found on the ‘membership renewal’ page. If a member wishes to make a credit card payment ‘offline’, a credit card invoice can also be downloaded. The form should be completed using a black pen and returned by fax or by mail (fax and address details are on the invoice).

For enquiries regarding Membership Fees please contact Steve Smith, EACR Administrator for Finance, steven.smith@nottingham.ac.uk.  Any member wishing to resign their current membership must contact the Secretariat in writing.

Students: If you gain an extension during your studies, please contact Rachel Warden through the Contact Us section of the website, stating your supervisor’s details, in order to have your student membership extended (maximum student membership is 4 years).
