Bilbao, Spain : 9 - 11 October 2018
It is important to the EACR that participants at our conferences are able to discuss, share and create new connections and collaborations. This is a vital aspect of going to any scientific conference, and we aim to create as many opportunities as possible to do this.
Space has been included in the programme to enable plenty of time for the important discussions that occur outside of the lecture theatre. We have also arranged a number of dedicated networking opportunities, detailed below.
On this page:
Tuesday 09 October 2018, 12:40 – 14:20
In this relaxed lunchtime session, speakers will be present giving all participants the opportunity to ask questions and make new connections.
Wednesday 10 October 2018, 17:20 – 18:30
This dedicated networking session provides the opportunity for participants to engage with invited speakers in small groups, to ask questions and converse informally. Participants are free to ask any questions they like and can move between the groups of different speakers.
Wednesday 10 October 2018 at 20:30
The Conference Dinner will take place on the evening of Wednesday 10 October 2018. It will be an excellent opportunity for participants and speakers to get to know each other in a relaxed and informal environment.
The evening will begin at Kafe Antzokia’s Restaurant at 20:30. After dinner, we will enjoy music and dancing with a live DJ.
Due to the limited size of the restaurant, participant numbers will been restricted. The evening is expected to be a sell out, so make sure that you buy your ticket when registering!
Tickets for the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee and can be selected as an optional extra for only €50.
